When You Need This Endorsement
The practical test endorsement documents that the pilot has received the required ground and flight training and is prepared for their checkride. This must be issued within 2 calendar months of the scheduled practical test and placed in the pilot's logbook.
Specify the certificate type (Private, Commercial, Airline Transport) and aircraft category/class. Verify all prerequisite training is logged and the pilot meets all experience requirements before endorsing.
